How to Order

Select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your shopping basket. The shopping basket contains all the items you selected while shopping. Here you can add or delete items and change quantities. Once you have finalized the items in your Shopping Basket, you may proceed to the checkout.

Before you begin the checkout process, you will be asked to log in, if you are not already. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one. We are sorry, but at this time all customers are required to create an account in order to checkout.

STEP 1: You will be asked to select your shipping method and shipping address.

STEP 2: Here you will select your billing address and method of payment, enter any discount coupons, and add any comments or special instructions pertaining to your order.

STEP 3: Confirm your order. Please review and confirm that all billing and shipping information is correct. Once you have confirmed that you order is correct, click “place order”. Once your order has been placed, you can review the details by clicking the “My Account” link.

Order Cancellations/Changes

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We work very hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, once your order ships, we cannot make any changes.

Shipping and Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please view our complete return policy here.

Recycling

We recycle. Your order may arrive in a box printed with another company’s logo. If the box is clean and in reasonably good condition, we’re going to use it. Our packing slips are printed on 100% recycled paper.
