We want you to be happy. More to the point, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not utterly delighted, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase.

1. Returns must be sent via the United States Postal Service. We highly recommend that you insure your package.
2. We cannot accept returns on special orders, personalized items and final sale items.
3. Items received as a gift may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
4. Toys and books must be unopened and unused. Dolls and plush toys must have the original tags intact. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
5. If the product is damaged during shipment or defective, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will pay the return shipping costs.
6. If the item is returned for any reason other than damage or defect, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
7. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
8. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item less any shipping charges.

Please complete the order return form included with your shipment. If you do not have the original order return form, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Phone Number
• Order Number
• Item Description/Name
• Reason for Return
• Action to be taken upon return

standard shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on most purchases over $75. The order total must be $75 or greater after all coupons, discounts and promotions have been applied. Sales tax does not count toward this total. Please note, some of our oversized items will incur an additional surcharge, and do not qualify for free shipping. The surcharge will appear within the product description.

Most orders will ship within 24 hours; however, we do experience delays on occasion.

Orders that ship via standard ground typically arrive within 5-10 business days; however, we can not guarantee a specific arrival date or time frame with this shipping method.

expedited shipping

Expedited shipping options via UPS Second Day Air and UPS Three-Day Select are available. The costs for these options will appear during checkout. If the cost of shipping an item differs from the price you see in the shopping cart, you will be contacted via telephone or email. We will not ship your order until you approve the shipping price.

The order will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.

incorrect shipping addresses

We do not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed or returned to us as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed a $10.00 charge will be assessed. You will also be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

We ship only within the lower 48 states. Sorry we can not ship to Post Office Boxes.
